I want to make some wedges for my HEX B tonight as I'm on a red day.

Any tips on doing great wedges?

SW chips and wedges and I don't get on at all so I'm not really any help. I do recommend using some spices on the wedges though to make them a bit fiery... not much help otherwise sorry

Meduim sized spuds. Microwave them for about 10 mins,
Cut into wedges and put on frylighted tray. Have oven hot already.
Pop them in with a few more squirts of frylight and a generous sprinkle of steak seasoning.
    Turn when starting to brown.
About 15 mins before end sprinkle with HexA half fat cheddar.
The bits of cheese that fall inbetween the wedges turn into cheese crisps - bonus :)
Takes about an hour to 1.10.

I nuke some spuds in the microwave for a few mins, cut into wedges, spray with frylite and put in oven on high for 20 mins.
I sometimes use thai 7 spice on them

I don't even pre cook them (bone idle!!), just cut some tates into big chunky wedges, spray them liberally with fry light and any seasoning and put in the hottest oven for about 45 mins. Love em!

Perhaps I should microwave them first though and cut down on cooking time, think i'll try that!

I always peel mine, pierce them and put in microwave then cover in garlic powder/ salt and frylight and stick in a really hot oven until crispy...delicious!
