Green Day - Bread???

Hi All

im on a green day

how many slices of wholemeal bread can i have as HEB???? or can i use both HEB as bread???

help

can use both HEb as bread if you want. 1 HEB is 60g of any wholemeal bread, which usually works out at 1 slice from a 800g loaf or 2 from 400g

I normally buy the Morissons or Tesco's medium sliced 800g loaf & 2 slices is normally about 70g, so I just Syn the extra weight so I can have 2 slices!

Yep, provided you don't need any of your HE-Bs for fish/meat then you can use both for bread!

2 slices of Morrissons wholemeal medium sliced bread is about 63g so you can have 2 slices as a HEB

Just weighed 2 slices of Morissons medium sliced bread from an 800g loaf = 57g!!!
