Hi I'm looking for a ratatouille recipe or one that if free in a tin on sw please

Rattatoiulle is easy! Fry your peppers and garlic in a pan with frylight, then add the courgette and aubergine til the edges start to brown then add tin of chopped toms and simmer. Add some chopped fresh parsley and stir, take off the heat et voila! Its lovely last time I made it I ate the left overs on its own out of the bowl lol

Lol trust me if I can cook that out of a recipe book, its the easiest of easy! I'm rubbish and even I made that taste amazing x

I think the Asda canned ratatouille is free or if not very low synned, but tbh it wasn't great when I tried it. Better off making your own!

Don't buy Tesco Ratatouille - it is vile!!! When you make your own add a stock cube thicken with tomato puree and add a little sweetener.

It also freezes brilliantly, so easy to take out when you need a topping for jacket potatoe or similar - then add chilli powder and eat it with rice.

I fry onions, courgette and add chop tomatoes. Maybe peppers. Then add a little chilli powder and a little stock powder.

Simmer until it thickens slightly.
