Just a quick question, Green giant soups can now be used for HEB for both red and green, but does anyone know there syn value?

i have just started SW and i love this site! i find the meetings really intimidating and i get more info from here than the classes, where its difficult to even ask a question.

this site is brilliant, i find it really helpful and you get some fab recipes on here that people post. Thats a shame that your not getting on too well in class though, as they are supposed to be helpful and make you feel at ease and relaxed.

I dont go to class anymore, i just do it from home now. xx
