The above is all I could find on the SW site, best thing is to look at the website, then nutrition, 1 syn = 20kcals, the choc muffin is 560 kcals so..28 syns (eek). Cornflake cake is 280 kcals so 14 syns.... a Yum yum is 368 kcals so 19 syns.

If I was you I'd either have a cake you really want, enjoy it and then get back on plan, or have a couple of alpen light bars and feel smug xx
