    Haha - i love them, but don't eat them anymore :(. They are exactly the reason i don't join-in on the 'Greggs' run at lunch! :D

    OUCH on the points front.. I would eat one of these and a large sausage roll!! Not anymore

    just searched for other greggs threads, and another says a steak bake is 9.5 points.

    mmmm.. but NOOO.. i will not venture into evil greggs!!! lol x

    i got the nutritional infor off of the greggs website, 420cals and 24.5g fat, so sat fat will be around 13 most probably.

    i still dont think they are worth 9/10 pts. gone in a flash and i would just regret it!

    Totally agree - i can think of better things to spend my points on, ahh think of the amount of chocolate you could get for those points :D
