    So ... I was thinking of making a sandwich for work tomorrow with some Greggs wholemeal bread. There really thick slices and you get 7 slices in a packet (if that helps)

    Does anyone know if I could use it as a H/EX or not? x

    Thanks Linda. It's like 60g per slice. I think I'll leave it.

    You got any ideas of what I could take to work for lunch on a red day?

    I love bread, so what I do is use the ww danish brown (you can have 3 slices hb, so I have 6 per day, 3 lots of 2 if you get what I mean.
    I've stopped using butter and use somerfield healthy choice coleslaw
    300g tub only 4.5 syns.I count my spread as 1 syn and have slice of ham or beef.WW do a thicker bread 2 slices hb.Try slice of ham top with low fat cottage cheese (tesco do a gorgeous one with pineapple
    -light options) roll it up, free on red day.Hardboiled egg on ryvita,our sw consultant loves mackerel in tom sauce, free again. Have you tried
    the pagan krisprolls, they are to die for
