GREGGS WHOLEMEAL BREAD

So ... I was thinking of making a sandwich for work tomorrow with some Greggs wholemeal bread. There really thick slices and you get 7 slices in a packet (if that helps)

Does anyone know if I could use it as a H/EX or not? x
 
Thanks Linda. It's like 60g per slice. I think I'll leave it.

You got any ideas of what I could take to work for lunch on a red day?
 
I love bread, so what I do is use the ww danish brown (you can have 3 slices hb, so I have 6 per day, 3 lots of 2 if you get what I mean.
I've stopped using butter and use somerfield healthy choice coleslaw
