group sessions or online membership?

They say that group sessions get the best results - I seem to remember ww leader saying that if you went to classes you on average lost 50% more. But it is all down to the individual i guess? What are you thinking?

Hmm, not sure. I quite like the idea of having WW at hand all the time online but there is something about going to weigh makes you try harder!
There is a class local but its 10am in the morning so no good for me. The next nearest is a few miles away and that all adds up in fuel, travelling time etc which I don't have much of on a Tuesday evening!
Only thing with online is, at the moment, I don't really have the funds for paying 3 months in advance.
