Guess who's back...back again!

Hi Guys
I don't know if anyone remembers me from a while back - i finished LL 2 years ago having lost 4.5 stone. Unfortunately due to 'forgetting' everything learnt in the CBT and RTM sessions have been messing about for the last few months and am now in need of losing about 2.5 to 3 stone.
So am taking the plunge and re-enlisting starting on Tuesday.
Wish me luck please - I found this board a real life line last time so will be popping in daily for support!!

Welcome back Daisy!! I am doing it again too! I decided after a couple of false starts with Exante and LL without the grou[p, there was only one thing to do - and that was go back to the very beginning and do it right, just like first time.

So I am in a new starter group, and on my 8th week and ots going brill.

Good luck, we know this can work, its all down to our head space.
