    Hello :) thought i was following w.w quite well as was sticking to my points but obviously not as i gained 2lb and then sts. So for this week i thought i would put a little food diary on here and see if any1 had any ideas.

    Wednesday 23rd March

    Breakfast:
    Rice Krispies & Skimmed Milk - 5pp

    Snacks: 2 Carrs Cheese thins - 1pp

    Lunch :
    Innocent peri peri veg pot - 8pp
    Curly Wurly - 3pp
    total- 11pp

    Dinner:
    Prawns - 4pp
    Noodles - 4pp
    Chilli and Garlic Sauce - 2pp
    Point free veg
    total - 10pp

    Snack:
    2 Carrs Cheese Thins - 1pp
    1 slice nimble & nutella - 3pp
    4 pineapple rings 0pp
    total - 4pp

    31/32 used.
