I was just wondering how you drink your shakes.
Do you prefer to drink it straight down, or do you prefer to takes little sips to try & make it last lol
Sip through a straw, every time. It makes them last slightly longer and feel like more of a treat. Also, in the begining, when I couldn't really stomach the shakes well, it made 'em go down easier!
I sip it slowly to make it last longer. Except recently I've just been gulping it down if I'm in a rush, cos I'm not hungry anyway so it doesn't really matter to me!
