Going to weigh in on thursday I found out I had put on 4LB !!!! I was literally gutted and I really have no idea how, I could understand if id been on a 7 day bender in spain eating nothing but takeaways and drinking! But I have been at home and sticking to plan and have been swimming twice.
Each day I have literally had syn free meals e.g. In a morning handful of bran flakes (HEB), with sliced banana, tiny bit of milk (HEA) and a muller light yoghurt, dinner = home made pasta sauce with pasta, and salad (sweetcorn, carrot, lettuce), for tea things such as salads with tuna, beans and syn free chips/egg. Then snacking on fruit such as grapes and nectarines. Everyday i have the same 'syn' which is a 2 finger kit kat for my choc fix, i was naughty on weds and had a triangle sandwich of egg mayo and 2 samosas as i went to this 'event' with placement I am on. But this does definitely not mean gaining 4 lb! Through the day i drink sugar free diet coke or no added sugar dilutes. It was a weird week though and i was feeling really podgey and bloated, ive not been able to open my bowels :/ and have constantly been going for a wee and even waking up twice in the night to go. I think im due on my period due to those type of cramps but surely this cant equal a 4lb gain? Pleeease someone help, ive more or less put on what ive lost and feel ive wasted so much money on going to group and healthy foods. I didnt even put that much on when i ate rubbish!! My friend said she thought she had gained and didnt want to go as she'd had a really bad week of nandos, donuts, alcohol, pizza...and she lost! I was so embarrassed
