Gutted

I'm so disappointed. I joined last week and really expected to see a big number on the scales (I've done slimming world before and lost 6.5 lbs on first week) i lost 3 lbs :( Ive been so good and absolutely battered the gym too. Feeling really disheartened :(
 
I know how you feel I only lost 1lb and did try really hard. I am putting it down to my body just adjusting to new eating regime and will just stay on track and see what happens next week. I think 3lbs is pretty good well done!
 
Hammering the gym means that you've probably gained some muscle and muscle weighs almost twice as much as fat!! You've probably lost more than 3lbs of fat but gained lbs of muscle so the scales can be decieving!! Honestly, I really think that'll be whats happened... though saying that, a 3lb loss is absolutely fantastic anyway!! I've never managed more than 2.5lbs even when I've stuck 100%! Don't worry yourself too much, you've done great and just remember - as long as the numbers are going down :) xx
