    How important do people find drinking 2 litres of water a day? I've been seriously slacking in this department, drinking Pepsi Max instead, and it looks like I'm on for only a half a pound loss this week. Wondering if too many diet drinks and not enough water might be the culprit... :eek:

    I've always been a great believer in water helping weight loss. Plus its better for you than diet drinks. I usually lob some no added sugar squash in with it to make it more appetising!

    sorry to say letty that everyone will tell you that water is much better tan diet drinks. It's because your kidneys still need to filter more with diet drinks than water so they don't have the same hydrating properties.

    However I am the same as you, I suck at drinking water!!!

    I'm a water guzzler!! I drink at least 8-10litres a day!!!
