Grrr so mad at myself whenever i go home to wales and visit my rents im always naughty i always take my food with me but never stick to it now i dont know what to do do i draw a line under it and start fresh tomorrow i have weigh in on wed should i skip weigh in or go and deal with the consiquences of my actions what would you do??

Draw a line under it and carry on as normal. DO attend weigh in or you're just likely to continue eating badly.

Draw a line, get back on the healthy stuff and move forward.....definately go to WI or as the others have said, you're likely to go on eating unhealthy things. Hope WI isn't as bad as you fear. xx

Thats the best thing that you can do Hun. Face the scales and do something about the result.
Get back on track now and you may surprise yourself...our bodies can do weird and wonderful things at times!
