I noticed on the forums that some people reported hair loss and thinning during and after the diet. Colouring hair can be quite harsh to it so I assume that is why the question was asked.

As you can tell from my piccie I have bright pink hair! I've never had a problem with dying but it would be a personal choice - if your hair was falling out then don't do anything to it! xx

i was told by pharmasist it was a risk, due to the peroxide, i have low lights so shouldnt b too bad? I just wanted to check !! thanks peeps x

I only ever dye it brown I to hide the greys :'(
