Hi all x
Just found this handy article while researching hair loss after TFR.
I am worried as my hair seems to be falling out now but after reading this it makes sense as i have been off TFR for a little over a month now.
May put some minds at rest ;)

Oh, and the 'major stress' to the body is the Lipotrim x
Just found this one too, explains a bit more...

Interesting article

Iv suffered from hair loss alopcia since i was a teen. (Im on medication to stop further hair loss till this day,
I guess thats why im not having further hair loss due to my meds treatment reason being i was given the thumbs up to go onto lipotrim.

If you feel your hair seems to be thining or falling out. Coconut oil is good or an indian oil called Amla hair oil is good espcially during LT as it helps stimulate hair roots faster making them stronger preventing further loss. (It does stink lol) but it helps :)
