Try not to worry about it as it is very common when dieting.

By the time you experience hair loss the new hair is already growing.

I have experienced hair loss and it has grown back no problem, I actually think in my case better than it was before and I put this down to all the vitamins, minerals and trace elements that you find in your shakes.:)

I've been experiencing hair loss pretty much continually since about week 18 of the diet - at least 11 weeks now. I did have quite thick hair, but I now notice that there is a whole lot less when I tie it back. I am not expecting it to improve until after I start eating food again.

BUT, I do know it WILL grow back and, in the meanwhile, I am much better being slim with less hair than morbidly obese with a headfull.

Don't worry Jazzy, it seems your hair will grow back - and be much improved too!

    xx
