Half a syn jelly!!!

IV just came across sum Hartleys jellys that are only half a syn, they are not they "no added sugar" ones, these are "low calorie", they have better flavours and rs till only half a syn. Good for web uv got a bit of a sweet tooth!!

Aha! - you have discovered one of the key ingredients - as well as just making a jelly, you can also use it for lots of other deserts, as you will discover if you look at the recipes in the SW magazine.

I like to make up the jelly with a bit less water than stated, and when it has cooled down a little but not yet set, whisk in a yogurt of a similar flavour. For instance, raspberry jelly with a raspberry/cranberry Muller Light.

I saw those while out shopping but wasn't sure of the syn value so I didn't get them

½ a syn is worth it to sort out the sweet cravings if they're nice hehe..

I had one of these today, the strawberry and kiwi flavour.. It wasn't the best tasted very watery

Maybe the others are better
