HALF WAY :)

My staples have been boiled eggs at breakfast, grilled chicken/grilled meatballs (extra lean mince) or meatloaf (in the dukan book) as meals plus turkey/chicken/total 0% as snacks. Was exercising more at the start, I've got lax now! Was too scared to do a diary to begin with cause I hate the thought of people seeing what I eat which is daft but I found more protein gave more losses! Good luck! X
