Day 1, week 2 of SW, following a good first week loss it seems like a good idea to track what I eat going forward in order to avoid any nasty surprise gains!
I don't eat a "normal breakfast" and probably never will. Food intake begins around 10/11am or later and I don't intend to change
AM: half grapefruit, 2 Alpen light bars (HEx)
PM: 1/2 HEA cheese (snack), salmon, onions, mushrooms (cooked in fry light) with other half HEA cheese, 3 tbsp 3% fat morrisons creme fraiche (1.5) with pasta.
Other syns: 200 ml skimmed milk in coffee (4.0)
