I can haz cake?
Hello, i'm kinda new to cc'ing.
Did weightwatchers for a long time but i've decided that the propoints scheme is just not for me. I'm tired of ww fannying around and making everything as clear as mud, so I'm here for a simpler diet.
Got MFP downloaded onto my iPhone, and away I go.
I have counted my cals today, BUT I haven't been very good.
I set my goal as 2lbs a week on MFP, i'm 24, female, 5ft 10 and 256.75lbs
[Calorie quota: 1470] - [food: 1848] + [Exercise: 441] = 63calories under
Breakfast: (fry up)
fried egg: 92
Soda bread: 204
Bacon x1: 83
White Pudding: 175
Toast and butter: 138
Potato crispies (like mini chips, very small portion): 158
Beans (about a quarter of a tin if that): 76
complimentary mint: 13
(a lot of these things I had to guess as I was eating out!)
Lunch: stole a couple of sweets from my sister approx 32 cals
Coke zero 500ml - 1
Chewee bar - white chocolate - 91
Dinner: Sainsburies pizza - 750
nicked a couple of my mums wedges - approx 35 cals
Did 43 minutes at the gym which is good blooming going for me. Normally I like to be done within half an hour... but I haven't been in a while! Tracking calories and having a calorie counting HR watch seems to spur me on to do more exercise oddly.
Gonna hit the spin tomorrow if I can get up out of bed in time XD
I'm not eating the extra 63 calories because i'm pretty sure i underestimated a few things, especially on the fry... Any helpful information or pointers would be great xx
