After two weeks STS, got on the scales this morning and have 2.5 lbs off! Only 1.5 lbs to go to the first stone. I am very, very happy that I didn't go down the 'sod-it' route after the second STS week.

Thanks all. Not such a great day today - family funeral so flexi synned - some of it out of necessity, and some of it (the Ben & Jerry's ice-cream part of it) out of emotional eating. :cry: Back on track tomorrow though.
