Happy New Year Everyone

I know I'm a bit late but I've been ill with bronchitis and not been around for a couple of weeks. I'm trying to catch up with you all. Due to lack of exercise and picking at all the Christmas goodies I have put on weight, don't know what but my clothes are tighter. So I'm back on SS for a few weeks and hope to get back to where I was before Christmas. Good luck to any new starters and restarters.

yes, I went a little bonkers over the Christmas period, so I am back on SS with a vengance.. come and join in our Diet Angels thread... should be fun
