Hi all, today is the first day of my diet, and I'm off to my first slimming world class on thursday. My aim is to loose a total of 3 stone in preparation to my wedding next June in Vegas. I have a short wedding dress and would love to be super slim on my wedding photos.
I know I'm going to find it hard as my fiance loves all food which is bad for you and my will power is shocking. Also working shifts doesn't help.
Anyway thats enough of being negative cause surely it can't be that hard. Happy new year and hopefully happy new me. Good luck everyone x
