    ive decided that im going to give this until christmas/new year and then perhaps try something else if im getting bored?

    ive a few pounds to lose and i thought rather than get fed up after a while, id do several different ways of losing the excess weight and then stick to healthy eating once i get there..notice im saying im going to do it and not if :)

    today is a down day. so far ive had a packed salad, prawns and a breakfast bar which leaves me approx 180 c left for today.
