Ok so my name is Harriet and I am following extra easy. I lost a stone but have now stopped sticking to plan and am falling off the wagon so need to get back on and quick!

I am going to try and write my food down for the day in the morning so I don't stray with healthy extras and syns....

Probably a banana before gym
