Harvester - fldme grilled salmon

Hey!!
Do we know if the flame grilled salmon is syns at the harvester?? Or the simply chicken??
Thanks so much going for dinner tonight and don't want to use any syns.. Xx

I would personaly allow a few syns, jusy incase they brush it with oil to stop it sticking to the grill. Also, double check the green beans dont come with butter on them or u will have to syn that too xxx

I decided to opt for the simply chicken, as I know that's free.. Ate loads of free salad cart and had new potatoes with no butter on them, if you ask they can change anything for you also came with peas which was lovely.. A total syn free meal tonight!! xx

I love Harvester, and my choice is always chicken with jacket potato and salad cart ... just need count syns for thousand island dressing and stay away from the bacon bits and dried onion, which is hard but do-able
