    Forgot I am off to the harvester tonight. Sisters birthday. Just downloaded the nutritional info from the site - might as well order a pint of goose fat and a water biscuit!!!!

    was on Slim Fast but changed to Slimming world and Xenical
    ive eaten at the harvester many times on these tabs!!!
    I have a steak, ask them not to use oil on it, and then have as much salad (the stuff not in sauces etc...) and then put a little low fat dressing.

    I dont have any chips or jacket or anything..
