has anyone ever done as badly as me??

well i had my first weigh in today..

i am on the 1000cal plan and want to lose 1.5stone.

i only lost 1 pound :cry:
it turns out i ate too little. i skipped breakfast and sometimes lunch and only had my dinner. so my body went into shock and stored what food i did eat as fat!!

i could have lost more weight with weight watchers or even just eating normally but cuttingout bread

i am furious!

But make sure that this week you do stick to the plan and have all of your food as it is designed to give you correct overall nutrition whereas skipping meals tends to mean you aren't getting the proper mix and this will affect weight loss.

Also have you drunk enough water this week?

If you do the diet to the letter this week and glug the old water then I would expect a much happier post this time next week and a few more pounds to have hit the wall.

i will try, i am giving it one more week and will give it my all! went shopping so i have all the correct food ready to go.

if i only lose 1 pound this week, then i am allowed to SS for 1 week to get to BMI 25.

it's just annoying cos it is not like i ate chocolate or nice food, i just ate nothing!!
