I was blocked for the first week! I took some senecot and they did nothing, then a few days later tried again and since I think I have been less blocked. But I don't "go" as much as I used to at all!!!

its perfectly normal from what i can gather!
try to make you you drink pleanty and get enough fibre... i know they are horrible, but All bran is great!! i add raisins and some other fruits to it for breakfast at least once a week. and its keeping things moving.

I figured it was because i wasn't eating so much junk food anymore. Well no more junk food,lol.

It's quite normal IMO lets face it if you are doing it right your entire dietary intake is different. I have an unsweetened Muesli with added fresh fruit and home made yogurt for breakfast after trying a number of things and I seem to back to nigh on normal, unless I get Tango'd for being a naughty girl ;)

if you are eating no junk , then there will be less junk in your gut to get rid of , goes without saying . your body will adjust though
