Has anyone got a lowcarb curry recipe?

curry paste, the with either cocnut milk or natural yogurt, the milk is lower carb

Check out the recipe thread on the stickys at the top... couple in there I think, can highly recommend Jim's butter chicken!!

You'll have to substitute scallions for onion, otherwise my lamb curry is OK.

I don't think the butter chicken one is mine Linz. :)

The butter chicken one is really really nice :D

jim you said Scallions???? can i ask why, just as far as i was aware it was an NI saying and never heard it mentioned by anyone in england, folk get confused when i mention scallions by accident

erm, not sure Sam, I've always called them scallions, I know most people say spring onions, but I've always known them as scallions. Didn't know about the NI bit though, I've no Irish in me that I'm aware of. ;) Though I have spent a fair bit of time there over the years. :)

just strange as scallions is what we put in champ and i thought it was a local dialect.... oh well

shall have to go and do a bit of research. but i do love me scallions........

I thought that was Colcannon? I used to quite like that when I was in NI
