Hi i was just wondering if anyone has the rose eliot low carb diet book because i'm going to give it a go & wanted to know what it's like
Ive been trying to find a diet for vegetairians for ages also looked into the Dukan vegi diet but that doesnt sound very healthy to me.
cant wait to get started now
