I have only just joined. Have to say your signature about not using depression as an excuse to eat crap...well i could have written that.

Could have written the depression bit myself too, I find I have to have inner calm to lose weight, it's so hard when you're feeling so down about everything, sure everyone here can help keep you inline lol!! xx
