I have eaten 4 babybel light tonight! Does anyone know if this will affect my losses? I am 810 but didn't have anything else for dinner xx

I eat 3 a day instead of skim milk as don't like tea or coffee anyway and is same calories approx.

Consultant said not to as too high fat but I've lost 4lb and a week and I do drink cava at weekends & am not 100% xx
