I'm eating lunch and it's a complete disaster, only had 1 egg left but had SW quiche planned (although not very well!), so tried to make it with 1 egg, then noticed dearest OH had swiped the ham for my quiche so just had mushrooms in it, and it's turned into basiccaly baked cottage cheese with mushrooms and lots of juice in the bottom. It's pretty foul looking to be honest!

yep, it's still free. And to be honest if you could get past the appearence it just tasted like warm cottage cheese. Funny that. now about to make a fat free chocolate and orange sponge. Hopefully more of a success.
