Have you read more of minimins?

Hi, I'm new to this part of the forum but after reading this post I felt I had to comment.

I lost 2 stone 2 years ago with WW. Came off the diet and put 3 back on.
In September last year I had enough and went on Lipotrim and lost 3 stone. I came off in November and have more or less maintained and now I'm back on a VLCD (slim and save) to get the last stone off.

I know if I return to bad habits I'll gain the weight. I blame me for that, not the diet.

Dieting is hard, very hard and different ways work or don't work for different people for different reasons. I never thought I'd do a VLCD but so far and touch wood its working and it's given me my confidence back.

Personally, I wish anyone trying to loses weight for the right reasons the very best of luck, whatever option they choose.
