Morning, can anyone advise me please?
I am on day 10 of Exante TS and still feeling really hungry most of the time. I have been sticking to it about 99% - having the occasional small amount of protein food (ie a tin of mackerel fillets after running 5k Race for Life on Sunday, or half a hard boiled egg when I can't bear the hunger pangs anymore) I have only lost around 4lb (and I am about 2 to 3 stone overweight so I would expect this to come off much quicker) and I am getting headaches and feeling so exhausted I am falling asleep on the sofa by half 9 in the evening.
I did Cambridge SS+ (4 packs a day) before and after 3 days felt amazingly energized and not hungry and found it easy to stick to - this is not happening and I wonder if I am not in ketosis or not sure what's going on. I bought the bumper pack so I need to finish them off so as not to waste them and I am really determined to lose the weight but this is soooo damn hard!
