i friend of mine (one who slated the diet when i started)has decided to give it a go .The thing is she suffers really badly from hayfever and as i dont have it i dont know what tablets she can take ,any ideas ? xx
Not a clue hun, i have bad hayfever too but it wasnt the season when i was doing LT. I would assume if painkillers and antibiotics are ok then they are prob fine if not sugar coated xx
Best bet is to speak to the pharmacist lillie, strange but I was thinking about the same matter only other day, I suffer from end of may onwards, so lucky really that I'm now re-feeding.
