Good Morning,
I think I deserve a Halo :innocent0002: I don't want to speak to soon but over the last couple of days I've been really strict. Stuck to points again yesterday and even had some choc mint mini roll, only used 18 points! (not on the mini roll over the whole day lol..)
Hubby asked why I hadn't eaten the flake, I think he thinks I'm unwell! Told him to have it as I didn't fancy it.
Aiming to get to 10.9 this week from 10.12, I need a silver 7 this week. I must stop messing around.

B is getting better everyday, He is starting to scab up now so that means we can venture out tomorrow YAY...
I need to buy wedding favors tomorrow. Got the wine sorted yesterday so things are starting to come together. Mum called and told me to get my butt into gear as time is whizzing by. Thanks mum lol..

I have a friend over for lunch today and we will be having wholemeal tuna melts, And for dinner I'm going to do a Fuzzy Fav BNS chips. Not sure what with, I may have poached egg.

Glad to hear little one on the mend. and well done for sticking to plan thru such turmoil, really hope you get your silver 7 but you know it'll come next week if not-just keep going!!

I loved planning my wedding, we got married in scotland so had to do most of it long distance but it all worked out, cant wait for the girls to be old enough for me to organise theirs-LOL

im so glad b is on the mend - huge weight off ur mind now! and more time to continue being so brilliant and wonderful and strict with yourself - u will be 10.7 before u can blink at this rate - and u will feel a million dollars when u do - so well done about the flake - but now dont have any naughty choc in the house cos if it aint there then u cant eat it can u!!!! u will get ur silver 7 i have every confidence in u - u sound a million times more positive and fired up at the moment which is wicked!!!!

i went back to the gym today and it was actually good!!! im glad i got the first trip over and done with cos im back in the zone now - luckily - i didnt manage my usual long distance but i did 4 miles which im pleased with

hope ur havin a good day and the sun is out now - it is here!! yippee xxx

Loved BNS chips but wished they were crispy on the outside. I'm using the olive oil spray lite, Would that make any difference? Yummy yummy though. xx

Hiya i use the ww oil sprayer with extra virgin olive oil in..
I know they are never really that crispy try a hotter oven...maybe, but i dont mind em softish!

Thanks Gabby, I am feeling much better and more positive. It's like the lights turned on! I think I'm panicking that time is whizzing by, so I got to do this, WE GOT TO DO THIS lol...

I went for a choc mini roll, Kind of off full on choccie atm so mini roll still gave me a fix. I hope I can stay in this zone Racheal it's feeling gooooood. Lets hope the scales reflect it hey! xx

Sorry haven't been on much, essay finally finished so now got time to nosey around, yeyh!! Glad to hear B back to normal self, chicken pox are horrid. I had them when i was a teenager and managed to have the spots everywhere, even had them in my eyes, needed eyedrops, terrible!! Anyway on the mend so good!

Glad you're having a good week food wise, a wedding must be the best motivation. Noticed your reception is July 11th, thats my boyfs bday! Need to get ultra motivated too, on hol the week before that so must be good!!! Keep up the good work!!
