Can anyone tell me if Stilton is on the A or B list and if so how much? Please.
If it isn't on the list, could someone please tell me how many syns it will be for say, 28g
I know the book doesn't list all the choices and I no longer have access to SW online.
I am planning on mixing a small amount with quark and making my own tasty cheese spread as quark 'takes on' flavours it's mixed with....a bit like quorn!
