Hi guys,
I did SW a couple of years ago and have found my chunky directory and another booklet but can't find the MAIN book that gives the healthy extras like a's and b's and free foods etc...
not sure what the book is called, I've looked on Ebay to see if I can find one, could it be the OPTIMISING BOOKLET??
Anyway, until I buy one or find my old one could some one let me know if I'm on a red day and want a jacket spud with my meal, what weight should it be for ONE of my HE b ??
Also, the other way around...If I'm on green and want meat (mainly chicken) what RAW weight is classed as one of my HE B?
