HeA - low fat yogurt

Just wonder what is the serving size of low fat yogurt in HeA?

(assuming I can't get Free yogurt)?:cry:

Hi there, low fat yogurt isn't on the HEA list at all, it has to be synned but is very low in syns

Low fat yogurt,

greek style, 100g, 1 syn all plans

fruit flavour, 100g, 1.5 syns all plans

natural, 100g, 0.5 syn all plans

Just editing to add that very low fat yogurts are free and you should have no trouble getting them.

Very low fat natural yoghurt, cottage cheese and fromage frais are all syn free and readily available from the major supermarkets.
