I am doing fine. The odd slip but back on track. Nothing major :)

Well done you on the 7lbs that is fabulous! Half a stone down and another to go in the next few weeks I bet.

Yeah, I'm feeling really motivated and very positive at the moment. Week 1 was such a good start and it's really boosted my confidence so I'm staying focused and feeling really good about it too.

I'm trying out Zumba tonight so can't wait for that as have been wanting to do it for ages!
