Headache.....

Hello out there!!
Day One for me, and I have SUCH a headache
I'm not hungry...just really sleepy and sore. My job consists of being the the phone for 90% of the day and staring at a screen. SO not ideal.
Please tell me this stops sooner rather than later

Pop a few pills for that headache and drink plenty of water.. it gets better

It does stop - the first time I done Exante my headache started on Day 2 but was gone by Day 4. I am on my first day today after doing Slimming World since May. Good luck!

yep the headaches are normally gone by day 4-6 .. take regular paracetamol and drink plenty and you will be fine

Thank you everyone. It really helps knowing there are others who have gone through this and are now all the better for it!
Here's a tip, and I might get told off for bringing up another website...BUT if you type in 'success stories weight loss' on youTube it comes up with some amazing things. That really helped at lunchtime when all around me were munching!!
