    Hi all

I am on week 13 of 790 and for the past week or so I've been suffering with daily headaches. Didn't have them before so not sure why they have suddenly surfaced!

Have upped my water to 3 and a half litres each day for the past 4 days, having all my shakes/bar, and a 790 meal. Upped the exercise too (but only in the past 4 days).

Anyone have any ideas as to why these headaches are occuring?

Have you checked whether you are in Ketosis yet??

Maybe get your blood pressure checked ...I used to have daily headaches a year or so ago, My blood pressure was too high, can't think that it could be any thing else. Are you stressed at all?

maybe its the stress then, I know that sometimes the coffee/tea doesn't help with headaches. BTW well done on your losses so far!! Not long till target now!!

If you can try and de-stress a bit...when little ones in bed have some time for you, Have a soak in the bath with some nice smellies and chill...Hope the headaches go and you feel better soon..

Thanks stw and hedge - just taken a couple of painkillers.

Hedge - i never have an evening to just chill anymore. Unfortunately I have got into a bad habit of going to bed when my 2 year old does at 9pm! He is very lively and just doesnt get tired until that time so its pointless putting him down any earlier. However, he does go to nursery on a Friday when i dont work so maybe i will try to do some more "chilling" things then! No reason why i cant take a nice long bath in the middle of the day!:D

Hedge - i do hope you are feeling better now - i was thinking of you this morning xx
