Headaches

Hi I've just started CD this week. I'm finding it ok at the moment but I am experiencing headaches still and its day 5 for me. When will they wear off?

It wears off for people at different rates, make ure you are getting a good amount of water and take some normal household painkillers to help yourself out x

I had them til about day 5 too, I figured it was all the sugar, starch and caffeine coming out of my system. It does go though, and you'll feel great soon I promise

make sure you are drinking enough water hun and you aren't going to long before your next shake
