Health extra query

Hi can anyone help, I have some Tesco's Extra Light soft cheese with onion and chives, but I'm not sure if this is low fat or medium or full as it only says extra light can anyone help

I was just looking at it online and the syns are:

Tesco Healthy Living, Extra Light Soft Cheese with Onion & Chive 28g
2 Syns on Extra Easy Original 2 Syns Green 2 Syns

So 84g would be 6 syns. Online it says that 85g of low fat soft cheese can be a HEB choice on a green day, and as a HE choice is around 6 syns I'd say your tesco once was low fat so you could count 85g of it as your B choice.

Hope that made sense, I'm sure someone else will have a more simplistic answer than mine though as that was a bit long winded:8855:

I just checked my directory book and it IS a HE.

Is that simplistic enough??:8855:

Thanks for your help, I did allow it as an HE B but only had 42g as was not sure, so I out did myself :8855:
