At some stage everyone will hit a plateau and the weight will just stop still for a while, could be weeks or a few months! It's a real knock to be so good but the scales don't budge.
So the way I look at it is this:
If you have all your HE's and most or all of your Syns then when you stop losing for no reason you can start to cut back. The more you can eat and still lose weight, the more you have to cut back on when you need a kick start
